Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Include original packaging and any accessories
- Not show signs of wear, chlorine exposure, or alteration

Please note: For hygiene reasons, the following products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: Ear Protection, FINA Approved Goggles, and any opened personal care items.
