Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak competition seasons, we implement expedited processing for FINA-approved competition gear.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times may vary for international destinations (excluding Asia and certain remote areas not serviced). Competition swimmers with urgent needs should contact us at [email protected] for expedited options.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn with all original tags attached
- Original packaging and accessories must be included
- No signs of wear, chlorine exposure, or alteration
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Ear Protection
- FINA Approved Goggles
- Any opened personal care items

2. Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 hours (48 hours on weekends), you’ll receive:
- Return authorization number (RMA#)
- Prepaid return label (for US customers)
- International return instructions if applicable
3. Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) with:
- Original packaging and tags
- Completed return form (included in your original shipment)
- RMA# clearly visible on the outside of the package
4. Processing Your Return
Once received at our warehouse:
- We’ll inspect items within 2 business days
- You’ll receive email confirmation of approval/denial
- Approved refunds processed immediately
- Exchanges shipped within 1 business day after approval
Refund Details
For approved returns:
- Timing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Method: Original payment method
- Deductions: Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless faulty item)
Note: International refunds may take additional 2-3 days for bank processing.
Exchange Process
For size or style exchanges:
- Priority processing for competition swimwear
- No additional shipping charges if exchange is same value
- Price differences handled via partial refund or invoice
Special Considerations for Competitive Swimmers
We understand the time-sensitive nature of competition preparation:
- Expedited processing available for FINA-approved gear (contact us)
- Pre-competition emergency exchanges may qualify for advanced shipment
- Team/coach bulk orders have extended 30-day return window
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of damage/defect
- We’ll cover all return shipping costs
- Priority replacement shipping at no charge
